Fun Shit to Make Your Voice Heard! November 2nd! VOTING DAY!!

What are some ways to make VOTING DAY more interesting and fun?! Here are a few suggestions from us... but we also want some ideas from you!!
November 2nd is the day we vote for a new President here in the USA, and instead of it being a boring outing to the polls with your parents or by yourself... lets make it a fun time!!
Here at A-F Records we plan to make it a party! Some food, drinks, and good music before we head to the voting booth will get everyone involved, not to mention excited to get a new President in office!!
If you don't have time for a get together, you and a few friends could carpool to the polls. This may encourage those who don't feel like getting off the couch to go if a ride is offered to them.
Those are a few ideas that we have for VOTING DAY... now let's hear some suggestions from you and we'll post them on the site for others to check out!!

'Election Fun' ideas sent in by UAA readers
Jimmy from St. Louis
I live in St. Louis, and I'm planning a concert for voters. I got the idea from Dude, Where's My Country?. In the book, Michael Moore talks about this happening in Michigan in the past where voters could get in with their voting stub or "I voted" sticker. So that's what I'm doing. My website, http://www.geocities.com/yvactivism will be hosting a local show the friday after the election and voters will get in for half price! We also plan on giving away some raffle prizes like Ben and Jerry's ice cream, gift certificates to No Sweat Apparel and Global Exchange and other things of the sort. It should be alot of fun, especially for fans who are also voters. I'm also hosting a John Kerry(johnkerry.com) house party on the day of the election to hang out, discuss the issues, and celebrate the removal of the commander-in-thief!
